the facilitator is constantly evaluting the gender/ racial power dynamics of the group
Letting the student's responses guide the facilitation.. being flexible in whatever you prepare for the discussion, but also keeping the participants on track.. Also, the more energy the better.. the facilitator should seem excited about the topic and the discussion..
